Rubin Medical offers high-tech, easy-to-use aids for the treatment of type 1 diabetes. The challenge
As Rubin Medical experienced rapid growth year over year, their existing systems were stretched to their limits. Manual processes couldn't scale with their expanding operations across multiple Nordic markets, making manual handling of intercompany transactions and invoicing very difficult to manage.
Managing invoicing and intercompany transactions across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland required seamless automation, and as a growing company, they needed solutions that were scalable.

The Golden solution
Rubin Medical's relationship with Golden EDI began with the implementation of an advanced invoice solution integrated into their ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), working alongside BC partner, Fellowmind. This initial success built the foundation of trust that led to expanded collaboration.

The implementation experience

The solution has resulted in reduced manual processing of intercompany transactions across three countries, and it's now automating invoice matching to reduce all that admin overhead. Rubin Medical has also streamlined order processing to enable continued growth.
This meant they could grow in a sustainable way across the Nordic markets, automate important business processes that previously needed manual intervention, and lay the foundation for continued digital transformation initiatives.
