Project process
A collaborative and communicative approach is vital to ensure smooth delivery regardless of project size or complexity. When implementation is done by us, this is how we typically define our way of working:
Analysis & design phase
Define scope, participants, and objectives, including a design workshop for process mapping.
Implementation phase
We set up, configure, and from a technical perspective test the solution. The customer runs their flow tests while we support them with validation and adjustments.
Go-live & support phase
The system goes live with ‘hyper-care’ support, then transitions to ongoing operational support.
